Redmore Holding BV (hereinafter referred to as “Redmore”) and all direct and indirect subsidiaries, including but not limited to: Triple A, Vialegis, Profource, Talent&Pro, ITDS and Agium. Redmore will handle inquiries and requests on behalf of these entities and under its responsibility. We take the privacy of stakeholders such as clients, applicants, candidates and interested parties very seriously. (Personal) data we obtain will be adequately and carefully protected. In doing so, Redmore complies with applicable laws and regulations and its own policies. This privacy statement explains how we handle personal data we obtain through this website or through a social media service. It also states that we are not responsible for the accuracy of data on our website.
What personal data do we collect and why?
We do not collect any personal data that is not necessary for our purpose. As a result, it may differ per processing which personal data we collect. We collect the following data via our website or social media service:
Newsletter
If you would like be kept informed of news, you can subscribe to our newsletter. Based on your consent, we collect the following data:
- email adress
We use this information for the following purposes:
- send news
- send news about our events
- send information about our services and other marketing purposes
Recruitment and Application procedure for a vacancy
If you want to be considered for one of our vacancies via our website or social media service, we collect the following information with your consent:
- last name, first name, phone number, email address
- personal details in the resume document
We use this data for the following purposes:
- assessment of a candidate’s suitability for a vacancy
- contacting a candidate
- creating a digital file of the candidate
- gathering information through the website to establish statistics related to operation and use of website and origin of application where applicable, as with Talent&Pro and Profource .
If you prove to be a suitable candidate (during the selection procedure), the recruitment process will start. For the recruitment process we collect the following data for the purpose of possibly concluding an agreement:
- name and address details, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number
- resume including education and skills, work history
- (depending on which Redmore company you join) Results of pre-employment assessment, employee notes
We use this data for the following purposes:
- assessment of a candidate’s suitability for a vacancy
- contacting a candidate
- creating a digital file of the candidate
- (depending on which Redmore company you join) Conducting pre-employment screenings
If we are unable to collect this data, an agreement will not be concluded.
Furthermore, we use the email address and name and address details for:
- collecting information through the website in order to establish statistics regarding the operation and use of the website and the origin of the application, as is the case with Talent&Pro and Profource.
Employment meditation
In case of an open application for employment or a specific assignment or, depending on whether this service is offered by Redmore, another request for mediation for employment with our help somewhere, we collect the same data as for the recruitment and application process.
Onboarding
Depending on which Redmore company you will join, you will complete an onboarding program before officially joining. For the onboarding program, we collect the following data for the purpose of possibly concluding a contract, based on a legitimate interest or based on your consent:
- name and address details, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number
- training results
We use this data for the following purposes:
- invite to the onboarding
- training purposes, such as preparing for intake
We use the following tools for onboarding: Appical, MSForms or Oracle.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make user experiences more efficient.
The law allows us to store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the use of the site. We need your consent for all other types of cookies. For more information about cookies and changing your consent, please refer to the cookie statement.
Legal bases of processing
Consent
With your consent your personal data may be retained based on your consent. This consent for retainment can be withdrawn at any time, without detracting from the legitimacy of the use of the personal data before this withdrawal. You can direct a withdrawal request at privacy@redmore.eu.
Legitimate interest
Your privacy is very important to us. In the event that we use your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, we must balance these interests in advance. A balancing of interests for the importance of physical security, IT and network security, processing for research purposes, prevention of fraud, misuse of services or money laundering may work in our favour.
A balancing of interests for direct marketing or other forms of marketing, unsolicited non-commercial messages, or freedom of information of the data subject will work in favour of the data subject.
Necessity for the execution of the agreement
If you are going to apply, the processing of the personal data that you share will be based on the necessity for the execution of the agreement. Without this information, no employment contract can be concluded.
Legal basis
We only process personal data on a legal basis when you are employed. If you are employed, the processing and your privacy rights are described in our Internal Privacy Policy.
Who receives your personal data?
Redmore shares personal data within Redmore only with employees as necessary for the specific purpose. These employees treat this data in confidence.
Redmore engages third parties who process personal data on behalf of Redmore. These third parties include suppliers of software for business solutions, (employees of) suppliers providing education and training and suppliers of screening solutions. Redmore enters into data processing agreements with all processors of personal data.
Redmore additionally shares personal data with its sister, subsidiary and/or parent companies. The sharing of data within Redmore’s various entities or the sharing of data within the group of entities owned and controlled by House of HR N.V., our shareholder, is governed by an intragroup framework agreement, where clear agreements are made regarding the purpose (such as (security) campaign purposes, IT purposes or for joint projects), the means, the role of the parties and the technical and organizational measures to be taken by the parties.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Redmore does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. In our considerations for setting retention periods, we take legal obligations or guidelines from the supervising data protection and privacy authorities as a starting point.
With the exception of the retention of cookies, whose retention periods are described in the cookie statement, we use different retention periods for personal data. These are described below per specific process.
Newsletter:
We keep your data to send you a newsletter for as long as it is described when you sign up for the newsletter.
Job application:
For an application for a particular vacancy, we will in principle keep your data for up to 4 weeks after completion of the application, unless you have indicated that you agree to us keeping your data longer for a future position. Then the retention period is 1 year after completion of the application process.
Employment meditation:
For employment mediation we keep your data for 3 years after your open application or request. If you as a potential candidate/interested person agree, or give your consent, we will keep your data for 3 years after the term of the employment meditation has expired.
How do we protect your personal data?
Redmore takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Access to personal data is limited to employees for whom the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of their duties.
What social media services do we use?
We use the following social media services:

- Snapchat
- TikTok
In this privacy statement we can only indicate how we handle your personal data. We have no influence on how the above companies use your personal data. If you want to know more about this, we advise you to consult the privacy statement of the relevant social media service.
How do you exercise the rights of the data subject?
To make the request to view, change or delete your personal data, to object to the use of your personal data or to withdraw consent for the use of your personal data, please contact us by e-mail at privacy@redmore.eu.
