Marjorie Henny

Marjorie obtained her Masters degrees in Private Law and Criminal Law at VU Amsterdam. After her studies she has worked for 6 years at a law firm in Amsterdam in the field of Family Law and Consumer Law.

Entrepreneurial as she is, in 2017 Marjorie was ready for a commercial challenge, but still wanted to stay active in the Legal field. She found her challenge in legal recruitment at a generic recruitment agency on the Zuid-as. Marjorie has worked here with lots of pleasure for a total of 5 years, the last two of which she has spent as the manager of the Legal recruitment team.

Strongly convinced of the added value of niche recruitment, Marjorie made the transition to Vialegis in June of 2022, where she took up the position of director. She recognizes herself in the core values of Vialegis: sincere, committed, efficient and delivering quality
